Innovation B is a modern two storey office building with 1,000 sq m of space, at 1 Cockburn Place, in the heart of i3, Irvine's Enterprise Area. Each floor provides 500 sq m, with good facilities including fibre-optic broadband and car parking. The building is currently fully let, with Oricom on the ground floor and Voca Telemarketing on the first floor.
