Supporting businesses

Irvine Bay Rengeneration Company completes its work in 2017 and responsibility for economic development and regeneration is handed back to North Ayrshire Council. We aim to maximise the legacy of the regeneration company with a concentrated period of focussed economic activity. Our strategy has been shaped to achieve this. We will be working to ensure that local businesses benefit fully from the investments that have already been made in the area.

We aim to provide excellent facilities for expanding businesses, supporting them to stay in the North Ayrshire area. Across Irvine Bay there is currently a range of commercial property available for sale or let.
