Irvine Bay board

There are separate boards for IBRC and Irvine Bay Developments.

Irvine Bay Regeneration Company

Irvine Bay Regeneration Company was established in October 2006 as a Company Limited by Guarantee and not having share capital. The urban regeneration company has a voluntary member board consisting of up to 11 members, of whom up to 5 are appointed by public sector partners, and up to 6 (including the Chairman) by the Board itself. The Chief Executive of the organisation is not a Board Member but has delegated authority in many areas.

Irvine Bay Developments Ltd

Irvine Bay Developments Ltd was established in November 2007 to take forward commercial ventures with the private sector.
