The refurbished building was completed in autumn 2010 and has been let.
Funding was secured for this project from the Scottish Government's Town Centre Regeneration Fund. It signals an important step forward in the regeneration of Ardrossan town centre. Successful completion of the project means both the transformation of a prominent eyesore and the provision of around 250 sq m of good quality office or retail space in central Ardrossan.
The building is located in the town centre close to Ardrossan Town and South Beach railway stations and bus routes.
Contractors started on site late October 2009 and the building was completed late summer 2010. The building is now fully occupied.
