Small business property fund

The Small Business Property fund has been set up to provide support for developing and improving office and industrial property in the Irvine Bay area.

What the fund is for?

The fund has been created to help businesses grow by improving the quality of their commercial and industrial property. The development should help your business to expand, by taking on more staff or becoming more profitable.

How much is available?

Grants and loans between £5,000 and £30,000 are available to new and expanding businesses for capital costs connected with improving buildings.

Who can apply?

New and expanding businesses in the Irvine Bay area who wish to develop or improve office or industrial property.

How will applications be assessed?

Applications will be considered on an ongoing basis. We will assess each project individually and consider how the project fits with our strategic objectives and how the proposed investment relates to the intended outcomes.
